This is a phenomenal tool for navigation of a huge and complex real estate market. I plan to retire in England after years of lengthy stays and rentals. This app actually facilitates in planning as it is by far, to me, the best of its kind. Its actually fun and exciting. The navigation is intuitive and fluid. I love this app and recommend it strongly.

Some bad moments
House hunting from abroad is a bit of a nightmare...prime location is very useful to help pinpoint locations, with great info re schools and nearby facilities.
Useful. Still has some glitches and missing properties and many listed properties have no floor plans or photos.
Works smoothly, organized beautifully. Love the filters and maps. Everything you could ask for, really.
Very good setup for viewing properties, and I really like that some listings have square-footage/metreage. Unfortunately, it is repeatedly freezing on the search page every time I try to change search criteria. The search works great the first time, until I go back to change criteria. It begins loading, the gets stuck with the "Loading" icon and you cant leave the page or use the app at all at this point. Only fix I can see is to restart iPad, have done this twice and dont fancy doing it again! Look forward to bug fixes to use it more.
